Accessibility Arrangements

East Side Cheesecakes is an online-order and event-based business and does not currently operate a public walk-in storefront. Our listed business address is not open for general retail shopping.

When pickup is available, orders are collected during a confirmed pickup window. Customers who require an accessibility accommodation or assistance receiving an order may contact us in advance at 626-344-2177 or eastsidecheesecakes@gmail.com. We will make reasonable efforts to arrange an accessible pickup or delivery option based on the customer’s needs.

For catered events and Cheesecake Trolley experiences held at third-party venues, physical accessibility is primarily determined by the event venue. Please let us know about any accessibility needs when submitting your inquiry so we can coordinate service arrangements wherever reasonably possible. Custom catering orders are delivered to the customer’s confirmed address or event venue. Please tell us about any accessibility-related delivery or service needs when placing your order or submitting an inquiry so we can make reasonable arrangements.
